All dogs raised by Kandyland Pomeranians will be guaranteed free of any genetic defect that would prevent the puppy from functioning for the purpose it was purchased for one year from the date of sale. Shipping or traveling expense will be the responsibility of the buyer.

For the protection of the purchaser and the seller, we require that a licensed veterinarian examine this animal within 72 hours of taking possession. IF THE ANIMAL IS NOT EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF TAKING POSSESSION, THEN NO GUARANTEE IS MADE AND NO OTHER GROUNDS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED.

For replacement, the pup/dog must be returned to the breeder, but should the buyer wish to keep the animal, replacement is then forfeited. Replacement, as available, not guaranteed to be the same age as the pup/dog purchased but mutually agreed upon by both parties.

This animal has been examined by a licensed Veterinarian and was in good health at the time of the examination. Great care has been exercised to prevent or eliminate parasites and or skin problems such as worms, cocciciosis, fleas, ear mites, etc.

We are not responsible for the cost of veterinarian check-up, for any tests or medications that might be suggested, nor for any other charges required in the future. The puppy should complete the shots and worming as recommended by your veterinarian.
